Experience paradise in the Caribbean! Welcome to a week of elevated relaxation in Costa Rica with Liz and Island Vibes Yoga! Join us October 5-12th in hidden gem Puerto Viejo for an all-inclusive retreat in Puerto Viejo, where the jungle meets the sea in a vibrant intersection of wellness and adventure.

Throughout the week, we'll enjoy elevated yoga classes and delicious meals, while exploring the rich culture and biodiversity of Puerto Viejo through cultivated excursions and plant medicine vibes.

We want to share an authentic experience and connect with the unique energy of Puerto Viejo, so all outings will be facilitated by local Tico and Bri Bri guides with extensive knowledge of the area. This retreat is a great opportunity to combine self-exploration with cultural curiosity by experiencing a new place from an inside perspective.

With plenty of chill time and plant medicine factored in, the hardest decision you'll have to make all week will be beach or pool. Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring new places, or connecting with fellow retreaters, this getaway is all about keeping the good vibes rolling. 

Natural Mystic Retreat Center at Caribe Town is a peaceful oasis nestled between the pristine beaches of Playa Chiquita and Playa Cocles, offering a unique blend of jungle serenity and modern comfort. Set on lush, tropical grounds across the street from the beach, the space features five private bungalows and two spacious suites, each designed to immerse you in nature while providing the comforts of home.
