Join us each month to celebrate the New Moon with a starlight enhanced yoga practice at an oceanfront beach park in Aina Haina, O'ahu. This all-levels experience offers a safe space for anyone to come connect with the manifestation energy of the New Moon. Body and breath become one through mindful movement and intentional stillness.
Sessions infuse music, meditation, breath-work and sound with the power of the cosmos, with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls woven throughout the experience. An extended savasana sound bath drives home this powerful connection with the moon.
