The vibe for September is all about EXPANSION. Classes will explore heart-opening sequences that stretch muscles and build strength in a specific manner to work toward peak postures.
09.05 - Heart-Opening Flow: Dancer's Pose
Gentle vinyasa session with deep back-bends and postures that strengthen and open up the chest, shoulders, hamstrings & hip flexors.
09.12 - Heart-Opening Flow: Wheel Pose
Gentle vinyasa session that explores floor back-bend variations and postures that strengthen and open the arms, chest & back.
09.13 - New Moon Yoga: Camel Pose
Slow breath-to-movement, starlit yoga class that integrates movement and breath while exploring heart-openers and spinal strengthening postures,
09.27 - Plantoem Yoga: Fish Pose
Relaxation session that infuses gentle stretching with the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, soft yin postures, and lush plant vibes.
09.28 - Full Moon Yoga: Bow Pose
Energizing moonlit vinyasa flow class under the Aries moon with postures that create openness & strength for the entire spine.
Time to counter out all that expansion with some GROUNDING. October's sessions tap into specific energies, rather than postures, to focus on certain areas deserving of rooted attention.

10.10 - Ground into Body: Gentle Yin Yoga
Yin yoga session focused on poses that open & stretch hips, hamstrings, glutes, and lower back.
10.14 - Ground into Intention: New Moon Yoga
Gentle breath-to-movement flow that supports powerful intention setting under the New Moon Libra Eclipse.
10.17 - Ground into Self: Root Chakra Vinyasa
Vinyasa flow class that incorporates root charka activating postures that strengthen the legs & glutes and release the low back & hips.
09.28 - Ground into Sound: Plantoem Yoga
Relaxation session that infuses gentle stretching with the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, soft yin postures, and lush plant vibes.
Wrap up the fall series with a sense of BALANCE as we enter November from a grounded state. This month's classes create full body stability and strength in a targeted manner to work toward one-legged peak postures at each session.
11.12 - New Moon Yoga: Tree Pose

11.14 - Balancing Flow: Eagle Pose
Power yoga class that strengthens legs & glutes, opens shoulders & back, and ignites core deep muscles.
11.21 - Balancing Flow: Warrior III Pose
Power yoga class that activates key stabilizer muscles & builds full body strength.
11.26 - Full Moon Yoga: Half-Moon Pose
Gentle moonlit vinyasa session that incorporates one-legged balancing posture and focuses on core & lower body strength.
11.29 - Plantoem Yoga: Swan Pose
